The room was extremely spacious. the room had a shower and toiletries. the view from the window overlooking the garden was lovely. Great location right by Zona Romantica, downtown Puerto Vallarta, and a huge supermarket.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful beach and close to everything we needed. The room was cozy and clean, with a cute terrace where we could relax in the evenings. We were also delighted to find a full kitchen in our room, which was a nice touch. The shower in the bathroom was excellent, with great water pressure. And to top it all off, the breakfast included in the price was a wonderful bonus.

The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and some even come with a cute terrace or balcony. Breakfast is included, adding to the overall value.

On new year's eve, the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep. The lack of soundproofing made it feel like we were sleeping outside. I expected a lot more from the hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it perfect for cuddling and enjoying quality time together. The location was ideal, just a short stroll away from the beach and the popular malecón. We loved being able to explore the local area and take romantic walks by the ocean. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was a great way to start our days, with a good variety of delicious options to choose from.

There were a couple of negatives during our stay. the elevator was not working, which was quite inconvenient, especially when we wanted to return to our room after a long day of exploring.
